Since I haven't been able to reach you, here is the full story surrounding your metal mat. I have compared it to the vpi felt mat, my Achromat, and my Boston Audio Mat 1. Your mat kills all of them, which will not be a surprise to you. But, I was intrigued because until you introduced me to it, I had never before been aware of metal turntable mats.
Independent Tester.
Indeed, viva les differences! :-) One thing’s for sure: Both are beautifully machined! I was surprised by the lack of run-out error/wobbling.
